Liked: Great location, friendly staff. We stayed in a split room which was a great size and clean. Comfortable beds. Parking was free.
Disliked: The room was a little dark and in need of updating.

Liked: Location is in the city center. Easy to find meals around the area.Free parking (limited spots)Staff gave us bus tickets that valid for 3 days. It can be used to go around the city, Bannf gondola, hot spring, ski area and other spots.Bus station is directly in front of the hotel.
Disliked: Pillows are pretty stiff

Liked: Location in downtown Banff was great! The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had local soaps/shampoo and that was very nice.
Disliked: Was told that parking was first come first serve however it was limited and had to park outside. View was of the outdoor parking lot…would have been nice to view the mountains.
