Liked: Walking distance to downtown
Disliked: They overcharged my card on the first day by over $800, there were toe nails on the night stand in our room, when charging out breakfast to my credit card a tip was added twice without my knowledge or permission, had to pay again on checkout, with the construction and elevator down it’s quite a far walk to get to your room. What has been our family hotel for the past four years will likely no longer be the case after this stay.

Who doesn't love a stay...

Liked: They accomodated my request for a quiet room, and despite being informed I'd need to go outside and up some stairs (as the elevators weren't yet set up), I was placed in a new room on the main floor. Great location! Across the street from the hospital, (the reason for my visit) and the touristy part of town, with restaurants and shopping, is easy to walk to.
Disliked: Fitness facility had no view and was hidden in the pool area. It also was extremely basic, yet crowded. You had to take off your shoes and socks to get there, or contaminate the area from the change rooms to the pool with what you brought in on the bottoms of your shoes.Since there isn't anything inspiring to look at, they probably should have moved the fitness alcove to the entrance. Not sure if the reason was because the renovations weren't complete, and they just set it up so the equipment could be used in the interm.

Wonderful stay in this lovely...

Liked: lovely hotel, very good location, love the pools and eucaliptus steam room.
Disliked: The staff in the Crave restaurant tended to be arrogant. They seem to favour people who look rich!
