Terrible

Liked: Very unprofessional!!!! Coldest rooms ever for every two times I have visited while I asked strongly the first bad and cold and oldest room stay in November and I purchased the most expensive rooms for bigger room with me rent facilities and strongly asked for warm and comfortable room but unfortunately it was a same cold experience but at least they gave us renovated room while no access to elevator, no heat no proper system, no extra towels , small room while I asked strongly and few times in person , on phone, on both booking. Com app and in email and in texts communications, no access to car wash, and the breakfast was strongly low quality and terrible service , including waiting for job at a coffee for more than half an hour and the servers were helping newly arrived guests but noting our table or informing even eye contact and at end they brought an invoice asking for tip!! Anyways terrible all together! There were 2 great individual customers service people who tried to be respectful and friendly, one at the reception and one at breakfast area who he just came few minefield we exit the area and he brought fresh coffee and was very polite!

Liked: Location is good. Service by staff was great - they checked my luggage the morning before checking in and helped me carry it to my room.
Disliked: My room faced a brick wall so there wasn't much light but this is pretty minor, especially as I was only there 1 night. The hotel is huge so it was a bit of a walk to the room.

Great place to stay in...

Liked: Outstanding location, just a short walk into downtown Banff. Plenty of underground heated parking, a must for winter trips.Rooms have been recently renovated and are extremely clean and comfortable, staff are friendly and welcoming, overall an enjoyable experience
Disliked: Absolutely nothing it was a 10 out of 10

Excellent location, nice rec facilities

Liked: Best thing about this place is the location. It’s close to everything in Banff. The ski bus is right outside the door. There’s a Rental ski shop right in the hotel. Hotel has a bar and restaurant excellent breakfast.
Disliked: They tried to stick us in an old room first and when we didn’t like it, then they put us in a very nice new room. I would’ve liked to have skipped that step.

Location was Great

Liked: Location is wonderful, very walkable. People were kind. Kids loved the pool facilities and the eucalyptus steam was great. Newly renovated rooms were very nice.
Disliked: Hotel was still under renovation which we knew about ahead of time, and didn't affect us too much as we have kids that wake us up early. Would've liked a smart TV to connect to streaming. Beds and pillows were not super comfortable, I did not sleep well.
