Liked: Good location, only 10 minutes from main shops, staff accommodation, pick up shuttle nearby, nice jacuzzi and saunas, room clean and all you need was there
Disliked: Hottel is a bit outdated and I miss slippers in our room as you then end up going barefoot to the sauna. I would highly recommend this hotel

Ideal hotel, great facilities and...

Liked: Lovely room comfy bed, staff friendly and generally and good vibe
Disliked: Slightly out of town but price reflected that. Still very accessible and a great option

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful and the pizza in the restaurant downstairs was really great.
Disliked: The property is a little way out of town and there are no laundry facilities

Very good

Liked: Location was great, courteous staff and very clean.
Disliked: The bed was a little uncomfortable and the heater in the bedroom had a very loud intermittent hum/rattle which made it hard to sleep well.

We had a great time...

Liked: The loft room was very spacious and beautiful. It was great value for the money. The staff was also really nice and accommodating.
