Gone downhill

Liked: Nothing really spring to mind unfortunately
Disliked: The hotel feels neglected, flood stained ceiling in bedroom, split flooring in bathroom, g7nge around shower, shower head hanging off, toilet didn't flush, bed overly worn, breakfast service was dire, incorrect food arrived or just didn't arrive what so ever. And no phone in the rooms to use hotel services. Room cleaning poor, no tea etc in room

Liked: Hotel is in a beautiful village. Room was large and comfortable. Food in the restaurant was very good as was the beer. Staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all a very pleasant stay.
Disliked: The amount of water that comes out of the shower is poor. Struggled to get wet!

Return to an old haunt.

Liked: Spacious light filled bedroom . Large comfortable bed . Plenty of storage for clothing and belongings. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious
Disliked: Shame that the pubs in the village had closed.

Liked: The hotel was beautiful and so was the village. The room was big and Spacious and cosy
Disliked: The chicken supreme was overcooked on Saturday night. The breakfast was small with only 1 sausage, 1 Bacon, 1 Egg, 1 hash brown, a few small mushrooms and no black pudding as advertised. I would have liked 2 rashers of bacon but the rest was fine.
