Fantastic hotel

Liked: Really helpful staff, very comfortable beds, delicious food. They had many plug adaptors ready for our stay as we didn't realise Swiss plugs are different to EU plugs!
Disliked: Room was a bit warm for me and couldn't work out the air con but also didn't ask for help!

Poor quality of sleep due...

Liked: Very friendly helpful staff
Disliked: Noise:Solid flooring in hotel rooms, meant I could hear footsteps from the rooms above, below and adjacent upto 1am and then from 5am, so did not get good sleep.Also the sound proofing between floors and rooms was lacking as I could also hear muffled voices from a telephone call someone in the room above was having from 5am.

Liked: Friendly staff... location was very handy and the hotel itself was modern and super clean.Lady on the reception was so friendly and offered us water, which was so rare now a days, as everyone is so business minded and trying to mint money.
Disliked: Everything was lovely

Very convenient location, extremely comfortable.

Liked: Hotel very clean, room extremely comfortable, breakfast very good. Fabulous triple glazing which blocks all the noise from the trains outside.
Disliked: Didn’t appreciate having to enter my full details - which were presumably already in the booking system - into a small tablet. When attempting to “sign” the gadget, it deleted all my entries!
