The Banana Bungalow Experience was...

Liked: The open space.
Disliked: The wait time for checking in to these rooms is crazy, and it looks like the cleaning staff did not do much to spruce up the beds not in use even if there were already guest in the room staying for an extended stay. The customer service of the staff was not all that great either, they are immature and don’t give the Banana Bungalow Experience they promote on YOUTUBE. Booking process makes no sense either if I am booking a room on an online site, entering my credit card information with the intention of paying online and no payment is taken out 2 days before my arrival. Then, make sure to indicate you prefer in-person payments on your sites too, and the scanning of my card with my ID threw me off because why isn’t me showing the physical card in my hand not good enough. The proof of travel is stupid too because what if your guest are locals and travelers who live far out but happen to stumble upon Hotels and Hostels by walking around and are curious about a stay and are thankful they found somewhere to book instantly.

Best time ever!

Liked: Everything from the fellow guest froAll around the world to the wonderful stay, and phenomenal staff! Best breakfast and close to a taco truck under 3 minutes walk! Floors so clean you could lick them.

Try having some customer service....

Liked: NOTHING! After making (and paying for) a reservation on Booking.com I showed up and they didn't have the reservation and the girl at the front desk was beyond rude and not helpful whatsoever! Then I had to sit on the phone with Booking trying to resolve it. A total mess! I wouldn't stay here even if they had my reservation as rude as they are and booking.com is a joke.

Liked: The location is good and conveniente
Disliked: Some of the people live there for long time as a permanent residents and has the clósets full of their clothes, that is not comfortable
