It was fabulous

Liked: The staff…the room was great…the pool was fabulous
Disliked: Air conditioner was very noisy

Way over priced !

Liked: Room was nice .
Disliked: Price was way too high for this place , resort fee ? For what ? Breakfast was mess , never any coffee , ended up eating down the street . Said water and coffee in the rooms , the only way we got any is if my wife walked to the office . Front desk person was about as rude as you can be . Avoid!

Liked: The rooms were very clean and nice. The bed was so comfortable that I didn’t want to get out of it!

Liked: The personell was quite friendly. the hot thub and the pool were nice, the rooms were quite spacious too.
Disliked: I got charged twice the resort fee in the Banana Bay Resort and Marina, in the booking.com reservation system the total price I paid included the daily resort fee, however the resort charged me another extra 216$ for resort fees without my knowledge after my check out, they returned me the payment after some time, but it is not a really pleasant thing to handle after vacation. It is not that a big deal, but the comunication around it, it ruined the impression a little
