Incompetent not going back

Liked: The ambiance of the lobby is nice.
Disliked: I purchased the room on booking.com . When I got to the hotel , the employee charged my card for the room and incidentals . I went to explain what happened and when they realized what happened I gotta half cocked smile and weak ass apology. The manager reversed the charges but the money won't be back in my account until 2 to 3 business days. The employees really didn't care. The parking voucher didn't work at the gate so I had to use my card to pay to get in. This experience was absolutely diabolical. I will not patronize this place again and I suggest you don't either.

Liked: The brick oven pizza on site was a great/easy option!
Disliked: I tried to order room service the second night, my call was transferred but never picked up just rang with no answer.

Clean the place up.

Liked: Location was excellent for the venue we attended.
Disliked: Needs update of furniture and amenities

Liked: A fantastic location for the convention I went to. I only wished I could've booked it for the entire weekend instead of only the last day. But, that's on me.
Disliked: I didn't like that I couldn't stay longer.
