Memories were made in a...

Liked: Came to Renne to attend a concert. Hotel a 2 minute walk away . Also central to all areas of interest in Renne , old town . Would recommend the art museum a short walk from the hotel

Our stay was in City...

Liked: spa, staff and shower all excellent.
Disliked: communications. We had to bring our own Television apps on our phone in order to watch tv beyond minimum basic channels? NEVER DISCLOSED IN YOUR ADVERTISING. Room amenities not replennished...had to call. heating was not adjustable...had to call. ABSOLUTELY NO instructions about key required for lights to work. No instructions about how to access room service. You need better explanation about the hidden secrets for things to work correctly.a

A lovely hotel which helped...

Liked: Very friendly and professional reception staff.
Disliked: Coffee at breakfast I found average. Scrambled eggs did not appear freshly made, were quite dry and not hot.
