Good breakfast

Liked: This was the third time we visited this hotel. The. breakfast was good.
Disliked: The outdoor pool was closed, although it was advertised as open from 1 April.

A terrible waste of great...

Liked: A beautiful old building that has been terribly remodeled.
Disliked: It is beyond my understanding that place as storied and emblematic as this one could be so terribly remodeled. They seem to have done their best to scrub every ounce of charm out of the place.

A forgetable stay without any...

Liked: Location and drinking Vichy catalán
Disliked: Needs total update , requieres an appointment for a spa for hotel their Guests, no food service in between meals , extremely boring . Very small Pool and sauna inside the hotel

Liked: Lovely, historical hotel/spa with nice spa facilities.Lovely breakfast and dinner
Disliked: The room was suboptimal. No view and needs a caring hand

The environment is good, with...

Liked: The breakfast and dinner is interesting. They have varieties of options and their food is fresh. Same for the hot spring, experience from there was really fun.
Disliked: I don't like some of the workers, but it still depends. Most of them are amazing and cute. They are very helpful even in the midnight:))
