Liked: It is a very nice elegant place with a big room, Spanish style architecture. It is almost perfect.
Disliked: I advise more variety in breakfast and a bit of reduction in price

Liked: Location, good value for money, good breakfast, good thermal circuit.
Disliked: I booked a night to RELAX, adding a spa circuit on purpose since I am highly anxious and drained.I was really ANNOYED by the incompetence of the receptionist (only one person). I made a single request through Booking.com (to exchange the complementary fizzy water for a still one). When I arrived to my room, it wasn’t done.I called the receptionist (Desi); nothing happened. I went downstairs and asked her a second time. After coming back to the hotel by 5:30pm, what was my surprise: it wasn’t done. It’s a total shame that I had to be concerned about trivialities when my aim was to rest and relax. Besides, I was running late for my spa circuit.Last action was running to a new receptionist and very firmly gave him the Vichy mineral water and demanded my exchange! No apologies at all.Sincerely, the hotel management should be training staff so these things were not happening.
