Liked: Upgraded from a singe room, to a very large twin room, with patio doors leading out to my own balcony and garden access....beautiful! Ensuite bathroom - with bath- this was made good use of! This all made it excellent value for money.
Disliked: I always have to find the cheapest place I can so tend to give my custom to those venues that don't charge for the dog. However, I'm very glad I chose to pay the extra £10 for the luxury of the lovely room and garden.I wouldn't, however, return for a longer stay, as the charge is £10 per dog, per night...I don't understand why the charge is per night when no extra laundry or cleaning is needed after the first night .The room was hoovered and dusted, so first impressions good, but you didn't need to look too closely to see the room and bathroom wasn't clean. The bathroom definitely needs a lot of attention, but the water was hot and filled the bath quickly. Only enough coffee and milk for one cup at night and one in the morning.... you can ask for more but I prefer to bring my own, rather than look for staff and feel uncomfortable asking for more. Brought my own biscuits too. None provided here, but the price is very low , so fair enough.A glass in the bathroom, rather than cheap plastic cups, would have been nice...especially to keep beside the bed - I almost knocked over the lightweight plastic cup, which was beside my phone

An alright stay

Liked: I liked that the place was clean and tidy and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Also TV was okay.
Disliked: No staff at night and also the room was very old fashioned and thought the prices of the food and drink in fridge was expensive. Bed wasnt the comfiest too. Other than that a nice stay for a night.

Disliked: It was cold, no staff around for help. Needs a renovation, the TV was very small and high up
