Liked: Communal areas are very nice
Disliked: The rooms need maintenance. Our safe did not work. and the reception team could not open it either. The toilet flush had a constant flow of water which was tricky to stop and they hook in the bathroom to hang things up on was broken.

Liked: Bed was super comfy. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast
Disliked: Didn't like how busy it was with functions st night, Music was very loud and went on quite late.

Short stay in fab hotel

Liked: The facilities, the staff are all excellent, friendly,helpful and very helpful
Disliked: It's a little outside city centre, so require transport, although hotel has an excellent relationship with its own taxi driver who will be with you in 10 mins, he is brilliant.
