Bellhop was rude when we checked out; clock had incorrect time; air condition was either too hot or way too cold; TV remote required multiple entries to accomplish the simplest of changes; when we complained, when checking out, the desk clerk tried to blame the short comings on Covid - how does a virus screw up the toilet, or leave cigarette butts in a room? Other hotels didn't have these personnel problems, so that excuse was road apples. I was offended that the desk clerk thought I was that stupid to actually believe her. In August my wife and I intend to go see another concert in Shreveport, but you can take to the bank we'll not stay at Bally's.

Disliked: No valet; had trouble getting a bellhop to check in; toilet worked poorly; cigarette butts in room; refused to help me get Uber, lift or cab; carpet was thread bare.

Liked: The hotel needs some updating, our room had no drinking glasses, did not have a bath mat, the lamps were rusted and torn. The rooms need Keurig instead of the old coffee makers.
Disliked: The casinos need more cocktail waitresses, and need to. Ring back the buffet. The food in the cafe was not very good, use to be excellent before COVID.

Liked: location was good, very comfortable bed, nice big bathroom
Disliked: There was a dirty towel at check in, in the bathroom. The facility itself should be cleaner. The day after checkout business card was charged an additional $525. When I called I was told it was a fee for leaving items in the room. I replied by saying, "trash in the trash can is considered leaving items in the room?". After some back and forth I was told they will refund only $478 of the $525. I will be back in the area in February and will not book here ever again and tell clients not to book here. Much nicer casinos across the river to stay at.
