Disliked: It was somewhat dated style wise and staff is clueless about what is going on in the property or with other restaurants,entities,activities,entertainment,the only place open the entire time was the sugar factory,rooms need some upgrading lamps no ceiling lights,no USB outlets,no microwaves in the rooms and none in the vending areas on each floor which would be less expensive then in every room,the spa is closed as I’m told by several staff due to leasers didn’t pay the rent,best odds cafe open 24 hrs clerk showed us breakfast menu the night before when we come down next morning for breakfast we are told that the grill doesn’t operate until 12:00 that’s brunch the following day we are told at the same place that the grill is not for breakfast only for burgers but that they do serve breakfast sandwiches and tea that they will microwave depending on which staff you ask in any part of the building about anything either in their department or any other department nobody knows anything most if not all staff are clueless about any part of the operation of the business so there’s a serious lack of communication from the top down, a lot of the operational areas need to be done over in a common sense factor or the need to be tweaked and customer service in any business is the main ingredient and that itself needs to be tweaked,I encountered a lot of dissatisfied customers who all had similar complaints.This place needs someone in the higher echelon who has the intestinal fortitude to mold,shape, and turn this place around into the hotel and casino that it if meant to be.

It was mediocre

Liked: The room was nice and looked clean, I enjoyed the different areas having a bedroom, living room, and size of bathroom.
Disliked: I disliked that there was no designated parking for hotel guests as well as no valet especially on Saturday night. I also disliked that there was no microwave in my hotel room. So I was unable in the middle of the night to rewarm my food to eat. There also were not many tables open at night so the tables felt over crowded.

Liked: Other than being charged twice for my stay, everything was great.

Disliked: Too much for damage deposit and the rooms are without a fridge or even a microwave so late night eats are a no no

Liked: Proximity to my daughter’s college.
Disliked: The bed did not make for a restful sleep. Tossed & turned all night. Next time will bring a foam topper. Better yet will take my business to another establishment.
