Really enjoyable and hope to...

Liked: Loved the location and beautiful grounds.
Disliked: Unfortunately our room had no hot water from 5pm to 7.20pm which was very disappointing as we had booked a room with a bath especially.. when we eventually got hot water it was a rush to get washed and down for dinner.Staff member Kaill was very good about it and explained it was due to high demand in the swimming pool and kindly gave us a free drink from the bar. Also we would have liked a courtesy email maybe a week before to ask us if we would like to book the restaurant for dinner .. ?? it was very busy and we nearly didn’t get a booking !

Disliked: Fish Dinner wasn't great in either the bar or restaurant- I used to stay there a few years ago and food was much better. Fish should be fresh and then over complicating it to hide poor quality/freshness is not the way to go. In fairness the burger appeared to be a better option or steak
