Too noisy

Liked: The staff were nice, plenty of parking available.
Disliked: We were woken constantly by noise from guests shouting and kicking doors. If I was a female traveler I would not have felt safe here at night. Many of the guests were noisy and drunk, the bar downstairs should consider limiting the amount of drink served before things get out of control. There were also other issues with noises from the hotel itself, meaning it was impossible to get a proper sleep. The bed was two single beds pushed together, with a noticeable gap in the middle.

Liked: The staff from the moment I checked in were simply brilliant at every point reception the bar the health suite it was faultless its my first stay at the townhouse but I intend to be a frequent visitor now

Disliked: The room was cold,had to look for extra blanket .carpet was really badly stained...we booked the hotel thinking we got use of hot tub /jacuzzi free due to being paying guests staying in hotel to then b told after arrival we have to pay 30 euros each and only for 90 mins..this was not on the website.and certainly not explained properly...the price we paid for our stay and then having to pay for facilities on top...plus by time we check in at 3pm the facilities close at 6 not giving much time,,we can go to ballyliffin Lodge and spa and get use of leisure facilities long b4 checking in.plus after checkout for as long as we want...and innishowen does exactly the same...so this has put us of staying again
