Exceptional

Liked: considering there was a power cut due to adverse weather the hotel had a generator and was so warm, cozy and comfortable! Rooms were excellent and spacious! Highly recommend!

Liked: Staff were all friendly and helpful. Room was spotless
Disliked: Room was a bit too warm. Staff turned heating off in our room, but it was still quite stuffy
