Stunning scenery

Liked: I could not believe how beautiful the view from our balcony in the riverside room was, absolutely stunning. We went in Autumn and the colours everywhere were breath taking. There was a wedding in the hotel when we stayed so we didn't get to see if the hotel had any other facilities and we weren't able to go to the bar either but we still got breakfast which was delicious and a great selection with great quality food. The staff were very efficient and very professional, maybe lacking in the chit chat that you might find in smaller hotel but it didn't spoil the experience. The room was perfect and so glad I chose riverside. Plenty of parking spaces and the grounds are beautiful.
Disliked: Only the location was a disappointment as I thought it would be a bit easier to pop into perth city centre but it's about 30 mins drive along dark and twisty country roads which the locals drive on very fast and not courteous atall which made it a bit of an inconvenience to go to the shops or for food elsewhere however now that I know this I would just be better prepared next time if I stayed again.

Liked: Beautiful hotel and grounds in Beautiful location and staff looked after us we stayed in riverside with dog. Great relaxing break and in close proximity to Beautiful Dunkeld
Disliked: We were quite disappointed with food this time just not an amazing dining experience as our previous stay which is a shame it was just all very bland but we would return again maybe and hopefully it will be better as we love hotel

Lovely

Liked: Great have been there before and did no disappoint.
Disliked: Bar meal was delicious all three evenings but inconsistent as to side dishes for fish dish. Had to ask for potatoes one night.

Perfect

Liked: Excellent breakfast. Staff friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Superb location.
Disliked: Paid extra for dogs but nothing for them - even a bowl in the room would have been better than nothing.
