Disliked: Unit was street level and subject to noise from pedestrians walking by the window.

Tiniest room I’ve stayed in...

Liked: The location was great and the room itself was clean
Disliked: In addition to the room being a shoebox, there was zero sound insulation from both the sidewalk outside (ground floor), the neighboring rooms and any movement in the hallway with the shared bathroom door opening and closing throughout the night. The size of the room was comical. As a solo traveler, I have no idea how two people could have stayed in this room. I could barely shuffle around my suitcase to get to the bed. I was under the impression there would be a desk in the room but there was no desk, no closet nor any other furniture other than the bed and 2 nightstands. Nowhere to hang up clothes other than hooks on the wall and two hangers with the robes on them.

Liked: Great location but next to a gym so woke up to aerobics class noise.
Disliked: No hairdryer in room. I booked a shared bathroom, not an issue but would like a hairdryer and coffee/tea supplies in the room.

Disliked: Shared bathroom was a little strange and it is a noisy area

Owned by the Ballard Hotel,...

Liked: This property is owned by and next door to the Ballard Hotel. This is an 'al a cart' type room. It is small, the toilets and shower are just down the hallway...but for the price it is GREAT!
Disliked: I was very happy considering it was a great price

Little overpriced.

Liked: Great location, very close to bars and restaurants.
Disliked: Room was hot and on ground floor, so we weren't comfortable sleeping with the window open.Expensive room considering it was a shared bathroom etc.
