Disliked: not super clean, showerhead was very low, location quite loud

Liked: Wasn’t impressed with the property at all. Extremely run down and unloved.
Disliked: The room smelt old and musty. Mould in the bathroom. Windows dirty. Window blinds dirty and not easy to work. Rubbish in the garden beds, and weeds, quite shabby.Would not stay again.

Charged triple what it's actually...

Liked: Late checkin was easy. Bed was too firm but generally clean.
Disliked: Every element is way out of date and in need of upgrade and replacement, however is OK for a night to put the head down. As there was a concert in town, the fee charged was exhorbitant and only available as a two-day stay, yet this is a motel. AU$540 for 2 nights, for a low-end 3 star motel out of town is bordering on extortion. However, if you need a place and everything (literally) is booked out, then you'll need to pay the price.

Liked: The staff reception was lovely, very responsive. It was very well organized. The room was a good size, quite comfortable.
Disliked: although you cant change it, the location can be a tiny bit of a pain, when trying to get anywhere, it quite far away from everything.
