Liked: If not for the bug problem the room itself was nice and in a great spot right off the beach
Disliked: The fact that our room had bedbugs and the first night we had to sleep in our truck until the manager was able the next day. Also the check in office was at a totally different facility

Disliked: They need to CLEAN THE HOTEL. The hotel looks like the pictures. The hotel just could be so much better if they would actually clean the walls, the balcony, and mop the floors. I will never stay here again. I also didnt like how small the parking spaces are thats ridiculous.

Liked: The set up was nice . Very modern
Disliked: It wasnt in a very good area . We found roaches, ppl on Both sides of my husband and I were partying until like 3am that morning. From my bedroom on the other side of us it sound like they where scooting furniture around while partying. I was very uncomfortable, my husband look outside and ppl where gathered around smoking weed , doing all kind of stuff. Seriously this hotel is nice and modern but need to be in another area . They really need an office at that location. That would help with control. Oh yes , parking ridiculous. Parking deck may have 10-11 parking spaces . A small amount of parking along the building maybe 10. But , over flow parking was scary, not in a safe place . Because of parties ppl had the parks so full. We where scared to move our car once we arrived. Because we knew If we left that we couldnt find a park once we got bk . We would not dare park In overflow .it was scary . I got up at 630am trying to find another hotel !! Once I did, I drove to the office where the office was located at told the front clerk and she told me that was ridiculous and uncalled for . She understood. She said she would have the manager to contact me the next day. The manager didnt call me . I was disappointed in my stay . But I would not recommend this hotel . But the hotel we found next was amazing. I wish this hotel was in a different area and better staffing . Also if they had an office Maybe the hotel would be more better . Please think about it before you stay Bali bay
