Liked: Christmas Lunch was great, we had a table at the window and the staff were fantastic. The room was very good and breakfast the next morning catered for all our requirements
Disliked: The Christmas main course was a little below par. The beef was ultra rare and was impossible to cut and eat.

Liked: The room was large and modern. The spa massage was excellent.
Disliked: Cleanliness of the room was just ok. There was still hair from previous guest. The swimming was absolutely disgusting with dead bugs and human hair. The staff at the restaurant were so slow it was a snails pace and they kept forgetting things.

Liked: The Winery and location is lovely the decor and rooms are comfortable!
Disliked: A little disappointed that I was celebrating my 60th and booked 4 rooms and my welcome gift was two boxed chocolates left on the bed , I thought surely a try of your Wines would have been special . Stayed all around the world celebrating birthdays & anniversaries and that was it. Disappointed that a hotel that accommodates 200 guests the gym and pool both small and a lot of dead bugs on around the pool area . Too many children for our liking not being supervised and unfortunately noisy rooms above .A pity because the staff and complex is quite lovely but glad we only booked a night and not more !
