Passable
Liked: Location and everyone was super friendly
Disliked: The room was blah and super small, the floor had a decline that was obvious upon arrival, overpriced is a understatement, we had room 1,not sure about the other rooms,we ended up staying at another hotel the second night

Good
Liked: Loved the area, just perfect for exploring some of the more interesting parts of town, like French Quarter, Frenchmen Street, Marigny and Bywater. Easy to find free parking on the street right outside the place.
Disliked: The room was a bit small so we had to put our suitcases in front of the balcony doors, which made it a bit impracticle to get out. Also there was some old razors left upon a little ledge in the shower (probably because I'm taller than average and could see it) which made it feel a little unclean.

Easy to check in. Nice...
Liked: Super easy to check into my room via pin codes. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: It's an older place so you can hear your housemates sometimes in the next room.

Loved the property and location,...
Liked: Loved the old home feel and vibe. Spacious and clean and comfortable. Great location.
Disliked: Only negative is there was no coffee pot! And no glass ? I was room 2 wirh a nice fridge, but no glass to make a drink and no coffee to enjoy in the beautiful courtyard. Those two items make a big difference in comfort for a 3 night stay.
