Liked: Clean and spacious.
Disliked: Booking agency seemed to inflate actual hotel rate; did not offer a senior's rate, CAA rate, etc.

Liked: Great room, great location, very clean which is the #1 thing I look for when booking a hotel. Just a quick walk from a number of restaurants and the SOEC. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re going to a concert or show. The onsite restaurant was great, we went for a late night drink and pizza after our concert and the server/bartender was awesome. Loved the jacuzzi room, we’d love to stay here again in the winter and utilize the fireplace.
Disliked: Bed could be comfier, amenities were closed for repair (we were aware before booking), 6 texts, 2 booking.com messages and 2 phone calls checking in on us was a little much for my liking but I can appreciate the attentiveness

Liked: Convenient location and well appointed rooms. Access to the rear rooms with a vehicle is via a locked gate which provides an extra sense of security.
