Disliked: No wardrobe in the room to hang clothes, shower didn't work properly, and dated decor and poor lighting in rooms. Icing on the cake was that the person behind the reception refused to serve us breakfast even though we checked-in during breakfast-serving hours and had paid a fee for early check-in. They claimed they couldn't serve breakfast as they were one waiter down, but I'm unsure how that would've posed an issue as the dining hall was empty between 8 and 10. Overall, very overpriced for what they offer.

Liked: Well maintained. Nice grounds around the hotel. The playground and park across the road is great for families.
Disliked: There was one member of staff who could have been more helpful. Just one. The others were very friendly.

Liked: Fantastic place really friendly staff and the breakfast was excellent and the chef Bob was very friendly to talk to good value for money.
Disliked: The bed was a bit uncomfortable but everything else was excellent definitely recommend to book here 👍
