Liked: There was nothing that I liked.
Disliked: Badly stained towels and wash cloths (they looked like cleaning rags actually), sticky floor in the bathroom, badly chipped paint throughout, light bulbs burned out, extremely dim lighting such that I had to use a flashlight to see in my suitcase, window shades broken, closet door that wouldn’t close properly, extremely dreary room and appearance overall.

Overpriced, rundown property. Terrible amenities...

Disliked: Stay away. Property is very rundown. The room and bathroom were very small - zero counter space. The property pool is tiny. The hot tub was littered and unusable. After checking out I checked my credit card activity and discovered I was erroneously double charged; when I called they looked at my booking and acknowledge I was double charged and said they would credit my card back, but gave zero apologize - terrible customer service.

Disliked: Firstly it was very expensive paid around £305 just for one night.as soon as you enter the room, was smelling damp and toilet was smelling as well. the AC wasn't working. when we went to the reception and we told her that i have asthma and damp is not good for me she said we cant change the room and they don't have a mechanic at the building so cant repair the AC. so overall we are not happy at all. they should have refund even half the money if not full. the only good thing was the location.

Liked: The staff were kind and attentive to problems that occurred. The location was perfect for access to the Pier, sand and sun.
Disliked: The room advertised and given was below par in cleanliness, comfort. There was large peeling paint in the bathroom, the bathroom door was warped or the floor was raised because the door would not close. If you wanted coffee, you had to move the coffeemaker to a new side table and the electric plug was very difficult to get to. A refrigerator was not provided as promised. There were so many things wrong we spoke to the front desk and was given another room—although they gave us a discount for the new room, we had to pay much more than we were promised by Booking app. The last night in the new room our sleep was disrupted by a staff member entering our room. We were shocked and confused why our room was entered in the middle of the night.
