Disliked: I paid $2,000 for three nights, and this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in this price range. The service was absolutely terrible. The worst part? Someone entered my room without permission while I was sleeping, claiming that I had ordered room service—which I absolutely did not. There was no apology whatsoever after they barged in.Before my stay, I emailed the hotel front desk with some questions, but I never received a response—only an automated email pushing me to upgrade my room. On top of that, the room itself was incredibly outdated, with a broken phone, non-functional bedside lamps, and poorly maintained facilities.This hotel is beyond awful. I have stayed in $100 hotels that were better than this one. I would never stay here again, and I strongly advise others to avoid it at all costs!
