Liked: Check in was good - the gent behind the desk gave us the key to our room for when it was ready (we arrived early and it was still being cleaned) so that we could go straight in and they were fine with us leaving our car.Room was huge and bed comfortable

Disliked: The rooms are very dated. Black mould in the shower, exhaust fan clogged up with dust. We moved the bed side table to access a power point to find a layer of dust on the wall. Other than basic cleaning, this motel could do with a makeover!

Convenient property in Ballarat.

Liked: Excellent location for visitors to Ballarat, central and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Large room, with flatscreen television. Clean facilities.
Disliked: You can only reverse park into your carpark spot. This will allow also you to make an easy exit from the property. Rustic, 80s property with some enhancements in fittings. Next to a noisy intersection.
