The motel met our needs...

Liked: Although a little dated, it was a comfortable room, the king bed was great, and the location to the centre of Ballarat was excellent.
Disliked: The surrounds and gardens could do with a good weed to tidy the place up outside and give a better impression. Some fresh paint and new awnings over the windows would help too.

Didn't get a very good...

Liked: The room was clean and bed Waa comfortable
Disliked: The room was noisy, I was in room 2 which faced the main road , alotvof cars zooming by
