Bedding great, bathroom disaster

Liked: The mattress & pillows were great!
Disliked: We were in a handicapped room, #725, the shower was horrible, flooded the bathroom floor, took 2 huge bath towels to mop it up…for $247.00

Liked: I love the comfort of the beds for one! Also like the bar and there dinning, they don’t close too early like other bars/restaurants that hotels have indoor
Disliked: I’ve stayed here before with zero problem. However, this time around for the price I’m paying I’d expect the room to be spotless. We found an empty bottle on the floor a hanger from an undergarment in our room. Didn’t say anything in that moment because I had just drove 1hr and 30 min away I was tired we were hungry we didn’t want to transfer rooms. After leaving the bar we had a hiccup with our room key. For some reason it didn’t want to open up the door and even the staff with the master keycard. So the maintenance guy had to come open with an actual key. It was very inconvenient for us because we were heading up after the bar so we were exhausted and still having to go back down then up and wait for the guy. The staff were very nice about the whole situation my only problem was for what a customer pays stuff like this shouldn’t be a problem you know
