Liked: Only problem was we wanted to pay our restaurant bill on check out, but receptionist couldn't find it, so said to leave it.The restaurant manager then foned us on our way home on the motorway and said they had charged it to the wrong table and could we pay it there and then!! I said my daughter wanted to pay it but was driving at that moment so we would do it later when we got home, which we did. The gratuity payment was deducted as a gesture of good wilI, but I was concerned at that because it might mean that staff wouldn't get their dues. Was not very nice experience. However, couldn't fault the hotel and staff. It was all excellent and would not hesitate to return.
