Great location on the beach,...
Liked: Right on the beach. Food at the restaurant was good. Lots of parking.
Disliked: The property hasn’t been renovated for a while. There was a weird smell in the room (old and musty). The on site dining options were the sit down restaurant which was very overpriced or a snack shack with very limited options. The staff weren’t terribly friendly, and housekeeping was hit or miss. The sofa bed was so old that any time my child moved at all the whole thing would squeak and squeal loudly.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Poor communication with the hotel. I checked in but it was too early. I was told they would text me once the room was ready. They never did and I waited till 7pm just waiting. Poor communication

It was ok, would be...
Liked: Location is good, view of SeaWorld fireworks and on the water. Pool looked nice as did restaurant but didn't use. Quick walk to the beachside shops and restaurants and theme parks. Our unit was quite huge and the seperate closed off main bedroom was good. An option for the same size unit with two queens would have been good as the kids had to have the sofa bed.
Disliked: Our room was completely musty and smelled awful. We immediately had to open all the windows and turn on the air con despite it being freezing to air it out. It obviously hadn't been used in a while. We bought dinner to cook at home and when the oven was on we couldn't find an oven tray. Called up and apparently they just don't have them? What's the point of the oven then?
