I loved it. I loved the location and the hotel itself.

Liked: The hotel itself, the location and the staff.
Disliked: Nothing.

Large hotel with some good...

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable. Valets were nice but parking is very expensive.
Disliked: Patio and fire pit outside restaurant had trash and cigarette butts on ground, fire pit surface was dirty and needed to be wiped (a few minutes outside by a staff member would have done the job). AND the resort fee included towels, chairs, bikes, drinks, and we were there for an event and couldn’t use these features, but when we were leaving we wanted to use our drink tokens for coffee, but were told we couldn’t get latte, could only get regular coffee (.75 difference!). After not using any other services, seemed like a very short-sighted, stingy policy that made us leave with a negative feeling. Bad business decision in our opinion. AND the young receptionist who greeted me was impatient and curt. Not our favorite Hilton!

Disliked: Outdated. Can’t stream on any of their tv’s.

Disappointing

Liked: location good for the boat show and marina.
Disliked: Room was ok the bathroom is way outdated and should have been remolded years ago especially for that kind of money. tv stand door was broken and tv didn't work. Came back to room afetr dinner about 10 pm with 8yr old daughter to find out door WIDE open! called security and after 20 min wait in hallway called back to see where they were told them to for get tit and cked room out myself. Went down to file complaint next morning no one even knew what I was talking about. Beach was littered with plastic and trash my eight yr old daughter and I spent an hour in just a few hundred yrds picking up plastic, plastic bottles caps and all sorts or random trash. Very sad to see. After we ck out and on way home i get the folio for the room and notice a 800$ charge so I call to find out and they claimed I broke the tv...after complaining to staff they removed the charge. My daughter did not feel safe after coming back to the room wide open and security didn't seem to care. took some convincing that we would be just fine and got her to bed.Will never stay there again unfortunately!
