Beautiful hotel with professional friendly...

Liked: What a wonderful hotel! Upon arrival the bell staff greeted us and assisted with luggage. The woman that checked us in was extremely friendly and professional. Our room was lovely. Spacious and comfortable. Breakfast each morning was very good. We loved the location because so much was within a ten minute walk but not in the thick of the hoards of people. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and stay again.

Disliked: Hotel is on the upper floors of the building and feels disconnected from the rest of it - doorman and restaurant staff pretty rude when we arrived and then in the evenings when we came back. Expensive suite had two single beds pushed together and not a double bed - when this was pointed out (twice) the best they came up with was an extra mattress topper which still didn’t prevent the beds slipping apart in the night. Staff were very sparse and the place felt empty with a slightly odd atmosphere.
