Enjoyable and beautiful stay

Liked: Beautiful property in good location. Breakfasts so good ! Helpful and professional staff.
Disliked: There is no conditioning and no charging points for cables, which is surprising in a 5 star hotel.

Liked: Overall staff was amazing but our concierge, Francesco, was invaluable. Rating is 10, Exceptional, due to him.
Disliked: Heating vs Air condittioning shouldn't be a choice. Shower drain clogged several times.
