Overall we all thoroughly enjoyed...

Liked: The property was excellent for my family to be all together.
Disliked: The only thing we didn’t like was that the sofas & chairs in the Lounge are were very uncomfortable.

Disliked: For the price that is paid, the pods really lack equipment, especially the kitchen (where there is nothing apart from hotplates), given the price, the bare minimum would be to provide sheets (the rental rates of sleeping bag are 15GPB/person/night, which I find very expensive) and pillows, and INCLUDE ELECTRICITY... The mattresses are not comfortable. We did not enjoy our stay.

Nice area but could be...

Liked: Great location. Clean eco pods.
Disliked: Poor sign posting. My friends and I couldn't figure out where the toilets or kitchen were. The toilets were also quite badly smelling like drains and waste and not the cleanest. It was also hard to find the parking for our pod and where to park. Also it is noted in the small print but paying for electricity in the pod when you have already paid for the stay seems unreasonable. I've never had to buy electricity for a pod before!

Nice but improved wifi needed

Liked: Pod wasn't clean. Covered in cobwebs.
Disliked: I needed to work and with wifi advertised I expected this to work. But it didn't. The WiFi doesn't work.

Liked: Great location, beautiful views, cosy, comfortable and clean camping pod. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and the booking system was so easy.
Disliked: It was a shame on our visit that the wee coffee shop was closed, it would have been great to have this facility available. The showers were a little bit tricky to get to a temperature that wasn't very cold or very hot.
