Poor management and customer service.

Liked: Tables are stickyThe kitchen Is not hygiene EnoughAt night the night lookout guy will tell you can't stay Outside of the room after midnight. I felt like i'm in prison.In case you were overcharged they won't refund you.Some advice for you they have price much check Other places before you pay them on the spot.I was charged 50% more!! ( Its been only 2 Hours after i paid that i asked for the PartialRefund) than booking without any refund in no response to the email after complaining.Very poor management but the team is kind as much as they can.

Liked: Overall we had a very pleasant stay at backpackers in paradise. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, facilities were clean and comfortable. Plus a lot of options for activities. Would recommend

Liked: Great location, good bar prices, cheap rooms.
Disliked: Upon check in, it was required I deposit $50 AUD for 2 room cards. I was told i would receive this deposit back when checking out and leaving the room cards. I never received the $50 back, tried to contact them and they never replied.
