The room was satisfactory, air conditioning did not work real well, but it was ok. The breakfast was very good, lots of selection, but the garbage cans could have been emptied a bit more often

Liked: room was nice, low price, close to westerner park, nice pool and hot tub, good breakfast, all around good value and good place to stay.
Disliked: Hot tub temperature was a bit low

Disliked: The place was dirty from top to bottom.I had to call to get the address of the hotel. Even the staff did not know the actual address at the hotel. There were no lights on the outside, that’s it was very difficult to find. They refused service to another guest because their point of purchase machine was not working and she could not pay a $500 cash deposit. In-friggin’-believable.

Much Better than expected!

Liked: I was pleasantly surprised as to how this property had "cleaned up" under the new ownership. Signage and a few other issues need to still be addressed - BUT overall, I was very impressed as to their progress rejuvenating this old hotel.
Disliked: They were still training new front desk staff, but I am sure that that "will come along". Especially as they learn better English.

Did not stay.

Disliked: I didn't stay. Clerk wanted a $500 damage deposit on my debit card, could not get my Visa to work on his machine. Unacceptable! So I went elsewhere
