Liked: We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The room was clean and very comfortable, which made our stay truly enjoyable. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was flawless. The location is perfect for those seeking peace and quiet—the hotel is situated in a very tranquil area, ideal for resting away from the noise of the city. We are leaving fully satisfied and won’t hesitate to return.In addition to the perfect room, we were charmed by the lovely Library lounge, very cozy and pleasant—just perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. The spa deserves special mention: it offers different baths and pools as well as the pool on the roof top with a stunning view over the surrounding. It was a true moment of relaxation with a calming atmosphere and top facilities. An ideal place to recharge, and we’re leaving delighted!
Disliked: There are no places as restaurants or bars in surrounding.

Disliked: The toilet and shower were connected (flooring), so when we took a shower, it ended up unearthing the smell of old urine or an unclean bathroom that I did not smell upon checking in (before taking a shower). I presume it’s because water reached areas that were not cleaned properly in the toilet area.

Liked: The service from the front door until we left was EXCELLENT! The food was great. The extra help to get around, taxi, and recommendations were fantastic! The SPA was just the best too! We will be back!

Liked: Excellent front office people that made my 3rd visit into the hotel very convenient and pleasant. Always enjoy coming back to this place even though i didnt have the time to enjoy the pool nor the nice lobby that much.

Comfortable with Good Customer Service...

Liked: The staff at this hotel were some of the most polite and helpful I’ve encountered in all my travels. Thank you for welcoming me so warmly, for providing a fan when it got hot, and for giving me an iron to get my clothes together. The library at this hotel and lounge space is incredible! I literally could stare at the books and people watch from the stunningly decorated lounge space.
Disliked: Gosh, the central AC system was on eco settings so it didn’t get as cold as I would like, almost to the point where I was sweating and uncomfortable. The shower also didn’t stay on and kept turning off every couple of minutes so difficult to work with

Amazing place to stay in...

Liked: It's an amazing stay, the library is a great place to eat in, the room was outstanding and the service was great. We arrived for out honeymoon and the hotel was kind enough to decorate our bedroom with balloons and flower petals.
Disliked: The price of the spa was a bit unclear during the check in process. The entry bracelets were described as "a 24 hour pass" but we were charged for each entry
