Not impressed with hotel, needed...

Liked: The location was good for the water taxi.
Disliked: Needed a complete overhaul, very very tired. Nothing like European hotels

Nice staff, facilities, and location!

Liked: The lunch food was good but was a little expensive.
Disliked: The breakfast sandwich from the coffee shop was not good.

This hotel needs remodeling asap.

Liked: Rooms are very outdated and need remodeling. Bunch of molds in the room, especially in the closet. Room air was awful and stinky.

Liked: Location Charlie on reception. What an absolute delight.
Disliked: The female staff member who told me that I could cure my fear of heights by closing the curtains. Despite requesting a low floor room the 10th floor isn’t it. Single handedly made my stay terrible

Poor

Disliked: I have been trying to contact you guys for a refund for four days now. It was a disappointing and dirty hotel. Dust, stained sheets, black mold, a cockroach!

Birthday vacation

Liked: Love the pool. Really enjoyed mermaid show. Have been to resort many times and never saw the mermaid show. Pretty neat! Pool and beach workers were great
Disliked: Room was smaller than we expected. Long walk to pool. No convenience store in Lobby/resort Should have a nicer inside restaurant.

Liked: Ooh excellent pool and sand entrance. All around great experience. They filmed a movie there, also. Food is awesome
