Disliked: Apartment needs a spruce up, damage to wallsNot that clean. Mattress cover badly soiled with body fluids, oven hasn’t been cleaned in moths ( wouldn’t use it ), vacuum cleaner has never been emptied and is totally blocked upWon’t be back

Mouldy wet carpet in bedroom

Disliked: On entering the room, the odour of mould was very apparent. We walked into the bedroom to find a pile of very wet towels piled up underneath the leaking air-conditioning unit. The carpet underneath was wet, mouldy and stinking, and had spread around 3 metres from under the aircon. The mould had spread to curtains in the room. The odour was pervasive and extremely unpleasant. The room was unliveable, unusable and not acceptable.They had known of the issue, it was not a fresh leak. They should not be renting this room until the unit has been repaired, mould remeditation undertaken and carpet/curtains replaced.The management were unable to give us a different room as they were at capacity. Unable to give us a room at their "sister hotel" across the road.We were advised we would receive a full refund- however received less than 50% refund through booking.comWe have previously stayed at azzura greens and had been happy. We however will never be back.

We all were delighted with...

Liked: The location was great. The apartment was excellent and very spacious for 4 people and for our needs.We would have loved to have stayed longer.I had planned to use the pool but ran out of time.
Disliked: To have extra roles of toilet paper would have been useful.We asked the cleaners but were told to go to the reception but didn’t have time.Also the bumps in the basement are really ruggard when driving over , even when going really slow and gentle over them.We all felt they weren’t really warranted in the basement.

Average as

Liked: The pool area is nice. Location was good to get to supermarket and places to eat.
Disliked: The rooms were pretty basic. The beds were uncomfortable and we all got rashes from the sheets.The gym was pretty bad. No conditioner in the showers or soap.

Disliked: The apartment was in poor condition, the rooms where dirty and the bathrooms very unclean and old.The carpets are dirty and badly stained. Lacking little extras like coffee, tea and sugar.Would not stay again.
