Disappointing

Liked: The rooms were kept nice and clean everyday.The swimming pool and bar staff were very friendly and helpful The swimming facilities were very good
Disliked: The rooms were not as advertised on the site, it was totally different, especially the sofa bed had hard metal which kids felt hard to sleep in. The breakfast was a big letdown , in an English buffet there were not even hash browns, we ended up having to a la carte even basic stuff like bread and butter.We took the 9.45 am breakfast slot only to realize that all the dishes were removed by 10.5 , I understand that if it's closing time the dishes are not refilled but just removing them was so unacceptable.Also their curious kitchen restaurant hardly had any seats available , and their menu lacked variety and was overly priced.Last but not the least , the receptionist on the day of checkout was rude to our toddler, he shouted at him for running around in the corridor being a family friendly place, kids do run around sometimes, and as parents we were telling him to stop running , but the receptionist made my toddler cry for such a long time, it just almost spoilt our whole stay I suggest the hotel put up a board in the entrance saying "kids no running"Overall the only reason I booked this hotel was for the swimming pool which fulfilled its purpose.

Liked: Our room was comfortable and fine but I asked on booking for 2 separate single beds for my children and one double and this was not the case. This always causes problems for us so not ideal.Spa was lovely and staff friendly On the whole would stay again
Disliked: Hairdryer in room was not working so used the ones in the spa which was fine.And the beds wouldn't what we requested

Lovely hotel, facilities super, great...

Liked: The facilities were beautiful including the dining area and lay out.
Disliked: After leaving the hotel my son realised that he had left a large bottle of Rituals aftershave almost full in the room worth approx £50. He called the hotel as soon as we arrived home. Everything was searched and it wasn’t in the bags. A staff member said they would look. No one did. On a follow up call a staff member did look in the room but nothing was found but it had definitely been left there.We weren’t told about the milk machines when booking in, it was only as we were leaving we realised that we could get milk for drinks?
