Very good

Liked: Staff very professional and helpful.Fresh milk available
Disliked: Would benefit from better soundproofing as people next door and above we could hear alot but saying that all quiet after 11pm

The family and I had...

Liked: I loved the spa facilities! Lovely and clean. Really enjoyed how welcoming and helpful staff were.
Disliked: Not much to do around the hotel if you don't drive.

Weird place to put the...

Liked: Clean, comfortable rooms. Food and service good.
Disliked: Fresh milk dispenser in corridors outside room. Woken by night porter refilling and guests getting milk and talking outside room during the night. Could they not go at the end of the corridor by the lifts so as to not disturb guests?
