Predatory Staff
Liked: The location of this property is excellent because it is right by the train station. The room itself was small but comfortable and had a small kitchenette. The staff we met on the first day was very nice and helpful but that did not last.
Disliked: When I booked this room, I specifically did not order breakfast because it was too expensive. However, when I checked in, I was asked again if I wanted breakfast and said no, but the person who seemed to be the manager chimed in and said it was included with the stay, so I thanked him and said OK. However, when I checked out a different man was working at the front desk insisted that I pay the €48 for all three of us because this was apparently my mistake. He told me that I should have known what I booked and that it was my fault, and he did not care that his colleague had lied to us and told us that it was included. My friends were leaving for the airport and had used all of their currency so I had to pay for the whole thing. (Keep in mind I paid €48 for two yogurts, two coffees, and a cup of tea .) The clerk did not care for the way I tossed the 50€ bill toward him, and so he threw my change at me (coins, which hurt when they hit my face) and threatened to call the police in addition to denigrating me for crying. It is literally the worst experience, I have ever had in a hotel and I have no doubt that this is a racket this place enacts over and over again. I would not be at all surprised if he pocketed that €50 himself and have no doubt that he’s intimidated other vulnerable travelers (women, from out of the country, traveling alone) into giving him money he was not owed. I also had the sense that because I was a woman traveling alone, and not from Germany, that he believed I had no recourse and that threatening to call the police would scare me enough to give in to his demands. He was also demanding that I leave immediately and telling me to get out, even though my money was still sitting on the counter (had to dump out my wallet to find the money in the first place) or he would call the police when I was simply trying to put it away before I left. This was a really terrible way for my friends to end their trip in Germany and for me to start my day.

Very nice and comfy room.
Liked: I booked the cheapest room, and it was very nice and cozy, I really enjoyed my stay. Super clean, nice and big bathroom, coffee and water available... Was an awesome stay.
Disliked: I can only thing about the train, that was a bit too close from the hotel, and might be annoying if you really want absolute peace, but that is all.

Nice and cozy beds, but...
Liked: The beds were comfortable, blankets and pillows very fluffy. It came equipped with a little kitchen and a fridge. Plenty of space in the room and in the cupboards. English speaking receptionist. Erding is close, the Munich airport is kiinda close. There is a train station right behind the hotel. Room service changes the sheets and the towels once a day.
Disliked: I counted at least 10 BIG spiders in our room + AT LEAST 20 just on the entrance of the parking garage. There was a lot of dust and spiderwebs (spidernest) above the cupboard, which means that the top of it hasn't been cleaned in ages. The bath had black mold and the carpet was also very old, dirty and moldy. We had 1 bowl, 2 glasses, 2 spoons and 2 forks in our kitchen. The room had a weird old smell, which didn't disappear. The breakfast costs 16 euros per night, which we didn't get because we got a whole day worth of food FOR 2 people for 12 euros from the bakery in Erding. Our room was on the first floor. There was a pedestrian road right in front of it, which meant we didn't have any privacy and had to keep the curtains closed the whole day otherwise people would just stare into our room.
