Liked: Generally everything was good. But...
Disliked: Both lamps by the bed didn't work. I asked the receptionist to correct it. She told me it wasn't possible the same day but should have been done the next day. It never was. Pure communication and pure service in case of emergency.

Liked: Amazing stuff at the reception. I don’t know the name of the night manager but he was cool and made evrth possible to organise our staying on the top level. 10stars for him. Very clean. Maybe it’s not new, old -fashioned but cosy and comfortable. Still water. Tea kettle. New soft Towels. Bed perfect.
