Superb

Liked: Really lovely, cosy hotel, staff were brilliant and very accomodating. Both the evening meal and breakfast were excellent. Standard of fittings in the rooms was very good, underfloor heating in the bathroom a nice touch. The hotel had a really nice atmosphere - would definately stay again
Disliked: Nespresso/Coffee machines werent available in all the rooms and given the high standard of the rooms id expect this to be standard.

Good stay with excellent food...

Liked: Location excellent. Evening meal and breakfasts on both days excellent. Unfortunately the radiators and underfloor heating in our room didn’t work for our stay and plumbing in the bathroom was suspect too. We couldn’t access the Wi-Fi at all. However the staff were very apologetic and helpful, did all they could under the circumstances and had plenty of advice on trips out. We still had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great spot to explore the...

Liked: Beautiful location, comfortable and spacious room (Junior suite), quiet with no noise from restaurant or street. Breakfast was to the same quality and service standard.
Disliked: Nothing about the room/stay, but having only one staff member on duty at breakfast seemed a bit rough, the poor guy was being run all over the place.

Excellent value for money and...

Liked: Amazing staff! Attentive and polite and couldn’t do enough - excellent food.
Disliked: Room a touch chilly but ok once we returned to room a few hours later as the little plug in heater warmed it up. Not ideal.
