Rude and no communication

Disliked: The people were very rude and kept glaring at me. When I told them my partner just got sick in the parking lot and I didn’t feel right staying while she was sick they just looked at me like I was an alien. I believe I am being charged for this room. We just didn’t want to get anyone sick. No understanding or customer service at all
