The hotel is nice but...

Liked: Our stay was very frustrating. We flew in for a sport tournament and regularly frequent the area and wanted to try a new place. Upon arrival Natalie was very helpful but the facility was absolutely subpar. One of the main reasons we wanted to stay here is because we want post tennis event recovery. The Jacuzzi pool had broken jets and the propane tanks by the pool area were all out of gas. This is very frustrating and affected my recovery though I was very nice to Natalie as she was sweet. She said maintenance can come but they most likely wouldn't be able to service the Jacuzzi until tomorrow which does not help us. Very unhappy and would love for management to reach out to me.

Liked: Booked for a work event. Hotel had perfect amenities for relaxing and working.
Disliked: Though I didn’t pay for parking, they announced that they will start charging in March 2025
