Very nice and comfortable hotel. We would stay there again.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was pretty, comfortable and easy to find.
Disliked: Only negative was they were not accommodating with their shuttle on the Sunday night that we were going to a concert at the Orange County Fair. That shuttle service was the deciding factor as to why we chose that hotel on that particular weekend.

Luxurious and convenient stay near...

Liked: Close to the airport, has a restaurant on-site, facilities are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and additional facilities like the gym and pool are nice. I was able to remote in from work just fine on the internet connection. Several fast food restaurants nearby.
Disliked: I didn’t have any issues with the property though if I had to mention something, you do hear planes in the morning since it’s so close to Santa Ana Airport. The restaurant is also only okay, even though it looks fancy.

Liked: It’s confusing. Only one elevator that we were told about and the floors are big and can get confusing.
Disliked: Lots of walking to the room.

A unique and elegant hotel

Liked: The restaurant was quiet and rlaxing, like a library. Service was excellent.

Liked: Restaurant was good, liked the pool and hot tub. Room was comfortable. We were evacuated from the fires. We got an upgrade to a suite which was nice. Liked the cookies. Staff was very nice in the beginning of our stay.
Disliked: The rate went up after 4th day. Everyone was so nice and accommodating until we wanted to extend. When we wanted to extend our stay, front desk wasn’t so accommodating. Said they had contracts with AAA down the street and they were priority. Didn’t like that after room was booked, was responsible for $24.50 a day parking beginning January 1st and had to take photos of car, license plate. I think we should be reimbursed for the parking. The bar/kitchen in the suite has a counter that protruded in the walkway by the bathroom. Hit the corner many times and bruised myself. Bad design.
