Very nice and comfortable hotel. We would stay there again.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was pretty, comfortable and easy to find.
Disliked: Only negative was they were not accommodating with their shuttle on the Sunday night that we were going to a concert at the Orange County Fair. That shuttle service was the deciding factor as to why we chose that hotel on that particular weekend.

Liked: Overall, the room, location, and stay were great.
Disliked: We didn't like that the coffee downstairs isn't complimentary considering what we're paying for our room. I understand that there's coffee in the room, but it was a last minute decision to grab some on our way out as we were leaving. The staff member was rude when we asked if we could get some coffee and then followed with "it's $2". The lighting in the bathroom could be a whole lot better. We have to turn the fan on in order for the mirror light to turn on. It's loud and annoying.
