Liked: Alex that worked at the bar was amazing and very friendly
Disliked: The cleaning lady cleaning one of the rooms when I checked in didn’t kno where the ice machine was. Come to find out it wasn’t even on my floor

Liked: Clean, new, modern, spacious, helpful staff, near Tijuana Airport crossing for early-morning flight.
Disliked: Still new, so carpeting had ridges and there was a sewer gas smell (that we fixed by pouring water down the drain).

Liked: Modern, clean, spacious, comfortable. Nearby to mall type chain shops. Easy parking (charge points for EVs). Pleasant helpful staff.
Disliked: The area is pretty soulless, vast car parks areas with chain stores spaced out around. No food store within walking distance. I wouldn't want to stay here for much more than a business stopover or a touring overnight. Also quite expensive for what is essentially a buffed up motel type accommodation.

Liked: Rooms were very clean. Amenities were great. Fitness was superb. Personel was extreme friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast could offer at least some fresh vegetables and cheese. EV charging was not free for guests.
