Liked: The staff were so helpful and friendly, especially the lovely lady on reception that's checked us in and also served on dinner at night.The food was also excellent as we're the staff in the dining room both at night and the young girl at breakfast so efficient and quick x

Liked: Breakfast was good, paid extra for this. Very nice resident’s lounge.
Disliked: Bed wasn’t comfortable.

Liked: Location and food.
Disliked: That we were told on New years eve, that they would be shut, no food, nobody around? We then had to scramble to get food for New years day! Would of been nice to be told a lot earlier, and the price reduced for no facilities available? No room service, no coffee and tea fill up etc!
