A good option in the...

Liked: Good location on the harbour and in the city centre. Friendly and professional staff. Plenty of choice for breakfast.
Disliked: The bed was not very comfortable with and limp in the middle.

Lovely

Liked: Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. All super clean. Great choices for breakfast and lovely food on the restaurant.
Disliked: The bed was a little hard but still had a good sleep.

Liked: Central Kirkwall.
Disliked: Staff / receptionist attitude. Heavily accented English and inaccurate directions to my room.In the morning he said "you had breakfast" I had not!Would not use again nor recommend.

Liked: Great room, very clean and comfortable with good facilities. Fantastic breakfast, ideally situated for all my needs. Very good value for money. Great quality and value food served in the evenings
